Terms of Service

1. Who is responsible for your data

Neryno is the trading name of the service described in this document. The legal entity operating Neryno, its registered office and its registration details are published below.

2. The service

Neryno is a video localization service. You upload a video, or supply a direct public link to a video file, choose one or more target languages, and the service produces a localized version of that video for each language you selected. Processing is performed with the assistance of third-party AI technology providers.

3. Eligibility and your account

• You must be able to enter into a binding contract in your country, and be at least 16 years old.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

4. Your content and the rights you must hold

You keep ownership of the material you upload and of the localized output produced from it.

Neryno normally retains final localized videos for 90 days from completion and then deletes them. You must download them within this period.

The original video is deleted after all final localized versions have been saved successfully.

If the project fails, the original video may be retained for up to 30 days to allow a retry and is then deleted.

After deletion, the files may not be recoverable.

External artificial intelligence providers may apply their own retention periods, governed by their respective terms and data processing agreements.

Neryno may delete content earlier if it is illegal, dangerous, unauthorized or contrary to the Terms of Service.

• You confirm that you hold all rights and permissions needed for the material you upload, including rights to any music, footage, images and other third-party material it contains.
• You confirm that you have the necessary permission from every identifiable person appearing or speaking in the material, including permission for their image and voice to be used to generate a localized version.
• You grant us the limited permission needed to store, transmit and process your material, and to make it available to the service providers required to deliver the localization you requested. This permission exists solely to run the service.
• You must not upload material that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, or that you were not authorised to use.

5. AI-generated output and its limits

Localization is produced automatically. Translation, synthetic voice and lip-sync are probabilistic technologies and results vary with the source material, the language pair and the recording conditions.

We do not warrant that output will be free of errors, that a translation will be linguistically perfect, or that lip-sync will be applied for every language or every kind of footage. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing it.

6. Plans and monthly credits

Usage is measured in credits. The current subscription plans are:

• ESSENTIAL — €19 per month — 200
• PLUS — €49 per month — 500
• CREATOR — €99 per month — 1,000
• PRO — €199 per month — 2,000
• BUSINESS — €399 per month — 4,000
• All prices are shown excluding tax. Any applicable tax is calculated and added at checkout.

7. How credits are calculated

Credit consumption varies depending on the video duration, the number of selected languages and the services requested. The exact cost is always shown before confirmation.

8. Rollover of unused monthly credits

When your subscription renews, part of your unused monthly credits can carry into the next period: 50% of the unused monthly balance, subject to a cap of half of your plan's monthly allocation.

Rolled-over credits are valid for the following period only. They do not accumulate from period to period, and they are not refundable or exchangeable for money.

9. Extra credit packs

Choose a one-time credit pack. No subscription required. One-time credits are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. Each purchase has its own expiry date. Buying again does not extend previous credits. The exact translation cost is shown before confirmation.

Monthly credits are used first, then rollover credits, then one-time lots with the nearest expiry.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

10. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider until cancelled. Monthly credits are allocated when a payment succeeds.

If a renewal payment fails, no new credits are allocated and access to paid functionality may be limited until payment succeeds.

A plan change scheduled for the next period takes effect at the start of that period.

11. Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access and remaining monthly credits until then.
• You can resume a cancelled subscription before the period ends.
• Unused credits are not converted into money on cancellation, and monthly credits do not survive the end of your subscription.
• Where consumer protection law gives you a statutory right of withdrawal, that right applies regardless of these terms.

A commercial refund policy beyond statutory rights has not yet been decided and is pending business and legal confirmation. We deliberately do not state refund terms that have not been approved.

12. Failed processing

If a job fails, the project is marked as failed and the reason is shown on the project page. You can start the job again from your projects.

Failed processing does not consume credits. Credits are charged for each requested target language when a job starts, and the credits of any target language that does not complete successfully are released back to your balance automatically. Where a job produces some successful and some failed languages, only the successful languages remain charged.

Released credits return to the source they were taken from (monthly allocation, rollover, or one-time pack). Credits taken from a one-time pack that has expired in the meantime cannot be reinstated, because those credits had already reached the end of their validity period. If a failed target language is retried, its credits are charged again at resubmission, so each successfully delivered language is paid for exactly once.

13. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to create material that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit involving minors.
• Do not use someone's likeness or voice without their permission, and do not create content intended to deceive people about who is speaking.
• Do not attempt to access other accounts, bypass usage limits or credit accounting, probe our security, or overload the service.
• Do not resell or redistribute the service itself without our written agreement.

14. Availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not commit to a specific uptime level and processing times are not guaranteed. Maintenance, provider incidents and demand can affect availability and turnaround.

15. Intellectual property

The Neryno platform, its software, design and brand remain ours. These terms give you the right to use the service, not to copy or reuse the platform itself.

16. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or where required by law. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.

17. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided as it is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in a defined preceding period.

The liability cap period and any mandatory carve-outs must be set by legal counsel for the chosen jurisdiction before launch.

18. Changes

We may update the service and these terms. Material changes to the terms will be reflected by the date on this page and, where appropriate, notified in the application. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
